Today was an ok run. I’m about to tell my body to ‘catch up or break off’.
My adductor muscle has been giving me problems, but as long as it can run I’m gonna run. I think it had something to do with my shoes. First too much arch support and then not enough. Went to Walmart this morning and bought some of those Dr. Scholls Gel Sports inserts. They worked pretty well.
I started out with a bit of a limp and my calf muscles kept trying to stiffen up, but I kept it going. It felt better coming back. Still a little twinge of soreness, but when I got back to the house and did my little knee kicks (like you are marching) it didn’t hurt like normal.
