I was trying a new training program and part of it is jogging and part of it has you run at a 10:40 – 11:10 pace. I’m sorry I can’t do that..I can WALK faster. So, I’m going to take the advice of a ‘little bird’ and just keep doing what I’m doing. If I can keep my 9:00 pace and still increase my distance, I don’t need no stinking training guide LOL 😉
