I’m going to take another rest day. I still feel some soreness in my hip area. From some research it might be my IT band. I started drinking a protein shake in the morning to see if that helps with the muscle healing process. I’m also doing some more research on muscle rebuilding.

We’ll see what might body tells me in the next day or so. I would like to shoot for 12 this weekend, but I’m not going to risk it if I’m not able to. If I don’t let my body FULLY heal, then I’ll never be able to do Vegas. That I would kick myself for.
