Still going thru the learning process of what my body is telling me. After today I got it figured out. I had NO pain in my quad. Guess the creatine, protein shakes, & bananas helped. But after 10 miles I thought I had just a cramp in my left leg right below the knee. I figured it would work itself out..which it did. But it came back after a mile. I tried to stretch it out & I realized it was the ligament on the outside of my knee. Been there danced that dance! Wasn’t about to do it again. So I walked
