This was the weirdest weekend for me. I’m glad it is over.

Now I can focus on May. I have some new things I’m going to try for training. I was looking on Runner’s World and found some interesting tips.

– Yasso 800s – These are very interesting. If you want your marathon time to be 3:00, then you need to get your 800s to 3:00 minutes

– Hill training – running uses a lot of quad fibers, so hill training strenthens these.

– Thought about step training too. At my church there is a set of stairs that will be a great workout


I’m also busting out my runner’s book to see if I can get more tips from there too.
