It’s not the workouts that are hard..it’s mustering the discipline to get your butt started! Once I got into it I actually missed the workouts from years ago. Now I just gotta keep it up 😉 Today I did tricep & core training. First up triceps..since they seem to wave when I wave. I did 3 sets 20 reps of kickbacks, 3 sets of 20 reps of tricep presses (both done with a 3 lb jar of Skippy peanut butter. Since I don’t have barbells) 😀 & 8 reps of tricep push-ups.
