Decided to run early so I’d have time to make dinner before I went to see my sister-in-law play at a local cafe. This run felt pretty good. Today is my first day back to taking creatine. I’m going to see if it with the protein shakes & change in diet will help my quad & adductor get better. They still have issues when I run but they allow me to run. I even looked down once & I was doing a 8:51 with no probs. I don’t FOCUS on time anymore. I just look at it. As long as I’m running! That’s all that matters!
