Have you heard of FLOW? Well I first heard of it when I started reading Non-Runners Marathon Trainer. Then the book Finding Flow (which I need to find & re-read). Well I can’t believe I just discovered after re-reading the 1st book that when I run..I block EVERYTHING out! I don’t even realized things have passed. I’ve always told people I ZONE OUT. But it’s not. It’s FLOW! I’m so involved in my run & everything about my run. I time my breathing with my foot plant & just go into FLOW! It’s awesome!
