I’ve been asking myself this question for a few weeks now. I don’t know if it’s all of the stuff going on in my life right now or if it is that my quad or ITB or WHATEVER is making my leg hurt or a combination of the two that is making me have to force myself to run. I WANT to run, but trying to find the motivation is so hard. Maybe I should find someone to run with? That way I can be held accountable to get out there! OR…Not sure..but I’ll figure something out πŸ™‚
