Tried my ‘other’ pair of shoes today, and just put my gel inserts in. Seemed weird at first, but it was ok. At about mile 2, the front of my knee started hurting again right in front of my knee cap, but like under it and the top of my right foot started hurting again. When I got back into focusing on my breathing matching my foot plant they both went down to a very mild almost unnoticeable soreness. I think I just need shoes with more shock absorbers. That way my knee isn’t taking it all.
No pain in my quad or adductor anymore. Woo hoo!
