Ran with Mom

Well I ran, she rode her bike next to me. The temp started at 78 degrees & ended at 83. I wanted to stop so many times, but just as I was about to stop..I hear a lil voice say..NOPE & I kept running. I knew it’d be got so the nite before I filled my bottle 1/2 & stuck it in the freezer on its side. By mile 2 the ice was gone & by mile 4 what was left was warm. All in all it was pretty good. It was good to hear my Mom say a few times she was proud of me too. 😉
