I could actually walk normal today. My back started to get a little stiff towards the end. Other than that all good

Make sure you take some vitamin C, it helps disolve the acid buildup in your muscle and therefore reduce the soreness.
Take it easy for a few more days by just walking. You’ll be back in the swing of things in no time!

Yeah, sometimes ya just run out of things to say…
If you happen to have a health club membership to a place with a cold dip… they work wonders in rejuvenating tired, sore muscles.
A lot of places don’t have them anymore because they can be quite shocking to the uninitiated! But oh man, do they ever do the trick!
