…then a run

Felt the urge to do a little run. So when I got back from the ride, I put on my running shoes and headed out. it was unusual..the fact is I’m so used to running with pain that I kept waiting for it. Since I was so focused on preparing myself for the onset me pain I couldn’t really enjoy the run 😦 I’ll try again on Sunday for a 3 miler.

  1. Glad to see you took a little more time off. Cycling is a good alternative until those joints are all healed up. I enjoy it but never seem to have much of a chance to do it. One ride a week is about all I can get in. A duathlon does sound fun. Never really did a lot of swimming, so tris are unlikely for me. Hope you’re healing up well. I’m feeling tons better.
