1½ cups flour
1 cup sugar
½ teaspoon Baking Soda
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
¾ teaspoon cinnamon
¾ cup shortening
1 cup grated zucchini
1¾ cups quick oats
½ cup butter, softened
3 Tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
3-4 cups powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon together in a large bowl and stir to combine ingredients well. Cut in shortening. Beat in egg until well combined. Add zucchini and oats and beat until evenly mixed in.
Spoon drops of cookie dough onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 8-10 minutes. Let cool.
Cream butter in a medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth. Add more milk and/or powdered sugar until desired consistency is reached.
Frost cookies once they are completely cooled and sprinkle the tops with a little nutmeg.
3 cups chopped cooked chicken
1/4 cup milk
1 cup Ricotta cheese
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
8 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups Prego Spaghetti Sauce
In medium bowl, combine chicken, cheeses, milk, and pepper
Spread 1/2 cup mixture on each lasagna noodle; roll jelly-roll fashion
In a 13 by 9-inch baking dish, spread 1 cup spaghetti sauce
Arrange lasagna rolls, seam-side down in sauce in baking dish
Top with remaining spaghetti sauce
Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes or until hot
Serve, if desired, with additional Parmesan cheese.

Using a high-speed mixer or blender (you can also mix by hand, but a little more work) blend the warmed coconut oil, honey, vanilla, and salt. Add the shredded coconut, 1/2 cup at a time, and blend until smooth. (Oil will separate)
In a bowl, stir in the cocoa powder until thoroughly combined. (Adjust your cocoa powder so that your batter is the consistency of a brownie batter)
Pour the batter into a baking pan to slice into squares after refrigerating or place the bowl of batter in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes to set slightly and spoon 2-3 teaspoons of the chocolate mixture on to your hand and roll them into a ball. Roll balls in cocoa powder.
Store all chocolates in the refrigerator as they will begin to soften and melt at about 72 degrees F.

Combine melted butter, graham crack crumbs, rolled oats, powdered sugar, and 1 cup peanut butter in a large bowl. Mix well. Press dough into a 9×13 inch pan.In a microwave safe bowl combine chocolate chips and remaining ½ cup creamy peanut butter. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir. Return to microwave and heat for 20 seconds, stir and repeat process until chocolate is melted and smooth.Spread melted chocolate/peanut butter over bottom layer in the pan. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars. (you can allow them to cool at room temperature or in the fridge for quicker results) Store at room temperature in airtight container.
