Did the stairs

Went to get my oil changed and had some time to kill..so I walked across the street to my church and did the stairs. Did 2 up & downs to warm up, followed by 10 up & downs running, and finished off with 3 up & downs to cool off. Totaled 850 stairs. Felt pretty good..gotta love the BURN! 😉

Helped my mother-in-law move things around
